My Own Transformation

By the time I hit 33, (I’m 42 now) I knew I couldn’t outrun myself anymore. My self-worth was on the floor, and I was exhausted from settling for crumbs in every area of my life. I remember literally googling “how to love yourself” because I had no idea where to begin. That was the moment everything shifted.

For years, I had been trying to be the good girl—agreeable, accommodating, self-sacrificing. I dimmed my voice, minimized my needs, over-functioned in relationships, and undervalued myself everywhere else.

The turning point came when I realized the expectations I was living under weren’t actually mine. They were inherited, absorbed, and unconsciously accepted—until they became impossible to carry.

For the first time ever, I truly chose myself. Regardless of what anyone might think.

I faced the self-worth wounds I had avoided for years, healed my relationship with my body, learned to trust my intuition, set boundaries that protected my peace, and traveled the world alone even when I was afraid. That journey helped me shed conditioning that wasn’t mine and rebuild my identity from the inside out.

That personal transformation is the foundation of my coaching.

I’ve lived through the messy middle—questioning everything, doubting myself, starting over, not knowing who I was or what came next. Helping clients move through that same uncertainty with clarity and confidence is deeply meaningful to me because I know how life-changing it is on the other side.
