I’m a certified Life and Health Coach, Registered Nurse with 17 years of experience, and a passionate guide for personal growth and transformation. For most of my career, I worked as a pediatric critical care nurse, where my nervous system lived in a constant state of fight-or-flight. Stepping away from the bedside opened my eyes to an entirely new way of living—one filled with calm, balance, freedom, and the ability to finally put my own well-being first. That shift forever changed my life, and now I help others create that same sense of peace and empowerment for themselves.

My background is a unique blend of science, holistic healing, and lived experience. I am a certified Reiki practitioner (Reiki I & II, completing Reiki Master training late 2025) and completed a 200-hour certified yoga teacher training through Yoga Garden in San Francisco. Over the last 8+ years, I have studied personal growth, attended meditation, yoga, and plant medicine retreats around the world, and have learned so much along the way that I’d love to share with you.

I am an avid traveler and have traveled solo all over the world which taught me resilience, self trust, and courage. Forcing me out of my comfort zone and adjust on the fly when things don’t go according to plan. (Which they never do!)

I’ve navigated grief, transitions, and the realities of perimenopause—including accepting that motherhood will not be part of my path in the ways I’d always dreamed. These experiences have given me a deep well of compassion and understanding for those facing life’s most tender moments.

People often tell me I’m someone they feel safe opening up to—whether strangers, friends, or clients. I am deeply intuitive, sensitive to energy, and skilled at noticing the subtle things that others may miss. I consider it a gift and hold that trust as sacred space.

Today, I combine my medical background, holistic training, and personal transformation to help others navigate change, grief, and growth. My mission is simple: to help you set and achieve meaningful goals and to support you in becoming the best version of yourself, .
