This 15-30 minute call is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your goals, and see if we’re the right fit. You’ll learn more about my approach, and together we’ll explore how coaching can support you in creating the changes you’re looking for.

3 Sessions – $297 ($99/session)
A short series to help you build momentum and begin creating meaningful shifts. We’ll identify your goals, uncover barriers, and set you on a clear path forward.
6 Sessions – $540 ($90/session)
A supportive package for deeper growth and accountability. Over six sessions, we’ll work through limiting beliefs, strengthen new habits, and create sustainable practices that align with your values.
9 Sessions – $720 ($80/session)
A transformational series with ongoing support. This package allows time to navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and stay motivated as you integrate long-lasting change.
12 Sessions – $900 ($75/session)
The Complete Program – A comprehensive coaching journey designed to guide you through meaningful transformation. Over 12 sessions, we’ll explore your values, clarify your vision, and work step by step to create lasting changes in your mindset, habits, and lifestyle. With consistent support, accountability, and encouragement, this program is for those ready to fully commit to their growth and step into the best version of themselves.
